Training Center
As per PSAR Act, 2005 it is mandatory that a Private Security Agency should have its supervisors and guards trained from a Govt recognized training institute before deployment. We ensure this through a standing MOU with Govt approved National Institute of Security Guards (NISG), Mohali . Copy of The MOU is uploaded.
NISG was raised in 2011 for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives of the PSAR Act, 2005.The objectives are:-
- Training of Security Guards, Supervisors, Field officers and Security managers for industry/ establishments/ institutions /households/ individuals.
- Certification and Accreditation of courses and training programmes.
- Coaching for recruitment into army, air force, navy and police forces.
- Job placements of private security personnel.
- Improving and professionalizing the overall security environment in the private sector to enable complementary with Govt. security sector.
- Professional Training skills.
