He has held key Intelligence and Security appointments at various operational and administrative levels, He possesses strong expertise in handling human resource–related matters, including personnel management, conflict resolution, leadership development, and organizational discipline.

Karan Singh Sandhu specializes in provisioning, executive security, and allied support services. With a strong operational mindset and attention to detail, he oversees the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of security solutions tailored to organizational and individual requirements.
